“Pi’s Lullaby” from Life of Pi – Music by Mychael Danna; Lyric by Bombay Jayashri
“Skyfall” from Skyfall – Music and Lyric by Adele Adkins and Paul Epworth
Skyfall song is the best of the lot, closely followed by Life of Pi. Life of Pi song has landed up in a row in India about the originality of the lyrics. If the Oscar jury feels that the lyrics of “Life of Pi” is indeed original, it can give a tough fight to Skyfall.
